This property is situated only 200 m from the centre of Blanes and it offers easy access thanks to its location next to the sea, where there is a wide variety of bars and restaurants. The train station is around 1 km and the beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The complex offers simple apartments in a quiet and private environment in the centre of Blanes. There are 18 rooms in total at this condo. Although bed linen and towels are not included in the apartments, they can be rented for just 3€ per person and stay. Guests will have to make a deposit of 120€ upon arrival that will be returned if the apartment is in perfect conditions on departure.
