The building is in a private complex and has two lifts going up to the fifth floor. In the immediate area you'll find all the services and facilities you'll need during your stay: public transport, supermarkets, pharmacy, cafés, restaurants, boutiques, a church, a florist's and much more. All this plus the tranquillity you're looking for in a relaxing holiday. The reception for our guests staying at the Cerdeña Apartments is just a short distance away in the Novelty II Apartments at No. 11 Berlín Street, Premises 1. There you'll be able to hire safety deposit boxes, travel cots, parking spaces, etc. The apartment is provided with bed linen, towels, a tablecloth and serviettes. A weekly linen change is included for stays of seven or more nights.
