The Hostel Excelsior is one of the most traditional hostels in the capital. Opened in 1967, it is characterised by an ideal location in unbeatable surroundings with a friendly and welcoming service. Almost all of the rooms have a full bathroom, there are just two with half a bathroom and one with a wash basin.
