It consists of two buildings from the 18th century with vestiges of the 16th century that have protected category III architectural elements. It was the noble house of the Damas family, on the lintel of the entrance door to the pension we can see the noble coat of arms of said family.

Highlight its beautiful patios with columns, tiles and typically Andalusian cobblestones. The columns of the patios are protected architectural elements. The decoration, with an ancient flavor, transports us to the purest Granada.
