This student residence is located in Avenida Parallel. It offers 97 private double and twin rooms with a private bathroom, a shared kitchen/lounge where guests can cook, socialize and relax and on the roof there is a lounge, a swimming pool and solarium to enjoy during the Barcelona summer. The multicultural atmosphere is created by international students who come to Barcelona to study or work for longer periods or just for a holiday. Guests will find complimentary wireless Internet access and safe box, a private car park, coin-operated laundry machine, 24-hour reception service and lift access. Sheets and towels are included with daily stays. There is also the option of a safe deposit box rental. All the rooms are equipped with a small private en suite bathroom, shelves, hangers, an individual safe box deposit (for rent) and WLAN Internet access. All rooms have been especially designed to encourage rest and relaxation, thanks to their modern décor.Please note that, for stays of 6 nights or more, rooms are cleaned weekly and towels and bed linen are changed weekly. Cleaning is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services can be arranged at reception, at an extra cost.
