Among niches, vaults and caves, staying at Relais La Casa di Lucio is a unique experience. Inserted in the most beautiful residences of the historic Sassi district of Matera, the relais is a widespread structure that allows you to experience the beauty of a wonderful city from within. La Casa di Lucio is a widespread hotel located in the heart of the historic center of the Sassi of Matera. The Sassi are in a Limited Traffic Zone, therefore it is not possible to reach the property by car. The pleasure and pain of the Sassi di Matera are the characteristic stairways, for which comfortable clothing and comfortable shoes are recommended. To reach the Hotel, we recommend leaving your car at the Welcome Matera car park, located in Via Laner 16. Reservation is not necessary, upon arrival simply communicate that you are our guests to be accompanied to the hotel reception. This service has an additional cost of €45.00 for the first night and €30.00 per day for subsequent nights, including car parking and the return shuttle service, available from 9.30am to 8.30pm.
