This apartment complex is located in a quiet area in the heart of Puerto del Carmen. Links to the public transport network can be found just a 3-minute walk away, and the beach is about 500 metres away. Lanzarote Airport is about 12 km from the complex. Renovated in 2008, this lovely, small complex features 11 bright and modern apartments with all the necessary facilities. The complex is not suitable for disabled persons; stairs must be taken to reach the entrance. 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities, cloakroom, café, bar, laundry service (fees apply), car park, children's playground and kids' club (open during school holidays) are located in the neighbouring complex, Apartamentos Aguazul. Each unit comes with a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Other amenities include satellite/cable TV, kitchenette with refrigerator, safe and balcony or terrace. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, entertainment programme and activities offered at Apartamentos Aguazul; the swimming pool has sun loungers, parasols and a poolside snack bar where guests may purchase refreshments. Alternatively, guests can simply relax on the nearby sandy beach with sun loungers and parasols (for a fee).
